First Things First

Well, this is my first attempt at blogging. I've been following several of my friends' blogs for a while, but have not had my own until recently. Eventually I hope to post lots of pictures of all the fun things I have been creating (knitting and sewing), but since most of my current projects are gifts for Christmas and upcoming birthdays, you'll just have to take this as a tease for later. I can, however, post a picture of my oh-so-sweet Ruthie Jo and her latest haircut. She was looking, in the words of my husband, a bit "mangy" so we finally shucked over the money to get her groomed. I LOVE seeing RJ after she's just been groomed because she looks so small and dainty and cute. Granted, she's three pounds so she's always small and dainty, but now I can see the expression in her eyes...and it's absolutely hilarious when she starts throwing her toys around like she's 103 pounds. Anyways, here's my first blog post and pic...
